Meditation
You can find some of my guided meditations here. For those wishing to join the meditation sessions please bring a light shawl to place over your shoulders for cooler weather. In Winter a warm shawl or blanket is required. Wear comfortable clothing, eg a track suit, preferably made from natural materials.
We spend about some time discussing issues about meditation and our experiences and the rest of the time practicing meditation. The length of the actual meditation session depends on the level of the participants experience. Sessions cover various guided meditations, including walking meditation and as participants become more experienced, more silent meditation is practiced. No fees - donations are appreciated.

Background I attended writing workshops by author and publisher, Lionel Abrahams for 5 years in the 80's and have had numerous poems published in various online literary websites, literary magazines and several collections. I am currently working on two books, one based on my blog writings and the other, a self growth workbook. My husband, Gien and I are also writing a book together about wisdom and analogies. You are welcome to view my poetry link.

WALKING THE LABYRINTH; A Personal Journey of Self Growth
Click here to find out more about this course

- develop a deeper understanding of self and why I am here
- help express my vision and find
direction in life
- look at practices, routines and do a spring clean (of my life) in a non judgmental, caring way
- confirm my commitments and find out why I sometimes tumble from them!
- evaluate how realistic my
commitments are
- find practical ways to actualise
my commitments
- identify deeply rooted fears and
self-sabotaging behavior and patterns
- develop a realistic timeline
- develop ways to measure my journey
In this self growth course we work with a number of tools including recording our dreams, looking at archetypes, discovering mandalas, venturing into our 'dark side', paying attention to our greatest wishes, etc.
This course continues over two weekends and materials are provided
This course is also available to corporations and private groups.
